Title:
Harnessing Exhaustion 



This is a project coming out of my own experience as a corporate employee and the knowledge of the long-lasting condition caused by the deployment of neoliberal economies in employment culture in Japan. In this research, I attempt to think of 'exhaustion' as the moment of a certain turn of events and beliefs, a possibility of shifting the paradigm that contains our understanding of our social selves.
